無理難題?

3日ぶりに新しいアドレスを引いてみた。プロフィールにはこうあった。

"What I would like to recieve ? Postcard of YOUR town. For example: famous buildings, museums, cemeteries, castles, squares, streets, panoramas, bridges, beaches, statues, memorials, markets, sports stadiums, events, natural attractions, national parks, mountains, theme parks or ordinary views of the city. In short, something typical for YOUR city. I prefer single views, with stamps, without envelope :) And what I'd like to read on a postcard? Something about the picture on a postcard or about you, your town..."

書いてあることは難しくはない。よくある希望の羅列だ。
しかし、更に続く。

"I want to know YOUR city, not the capital city, city away from you or city from another country. Please send me YOUR city."

YOURが大文字になっているくらいだから、何が何でも「あなたの街」のカードが欲しいらしい。東京や大阪、京都ならいくらでも「あなたの街」のカードは手に入る。しかし地方都市ではそうはいかない。観光宣伝用のカードも最近は見かけなくなった。

まだ続きがある。

"I collecting only city views. Please no ads, handmade, cartoons or something other than city view."

宣伝カードも手作りも駄目ときた。これでは全くお手上げだ。何も送らずに60日間我慢しようかとも思ったが、それも気がひけるので、近隣のカードで誤魔化すことにした。

あまり細かい注文をつけるのもどうかと思う。そういう事こそフォーラムで、と思う。相変わらず、色んな人がいるものだ。
